With over 25 years’ experience working for social change, I can assist with grants strategy, fund development planning, leadership coaching, environmental scans, board development, and interim staffing.

While I use practices and tools that work across organizational settings, I provide a customized approach with each client designed to help you meet your goals and take full advantage of strategic opportunities.

In thinking about how to build organizational capacity to do more good, I come from a place of abundance that centers equity, inclusion, and belonging. I enjoy exploring how organizations can offer opportunities for everyone who cares about your mission to support it through the lens of shared values
